You don’t need a regular playing partner or a membership to try pickleball at XPO. Beginner open play is a way to meet other players while getting comfortable on court. Look for a session that matches your experience rather than choosing a time alone.
The live calendar shows current club programming. If you’re unsure which session is right for you, contact the club before booking. Tell the team whether you’re completely new or have played a few times so they can help you find a fit.
Keep your first visit simple
Create your free PlayByPoint account, choose your session, and check the booking details before you arrive. Pickleball XPO is at 3573 Maple Court in Oceanside, New York. Paddles are available to borrow, so you can try the game before deciding on your own equipment.
Come ready to learn, introduce yourself to the staff, and let them know it’s your first visit. You don’t have to master everything at once. Getting familiar with the court and the flow of a game is a useful first step.

A beginner lesson gives you focused time to ask questions and work on the fundamentals.
