Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, event date, group size, and the details you include in an inquiry or message.
We also collect basic website and advertising data, such as the pages you visit, your device and browser, the site or ad that brought you here, and ad campaign details. This helps us understand which pages and ads are useful to visitors.
How we use information
We use what you send us to answer your questions, plan events, provide customer service, and share updates about Pickleball XPO. If you agree to text messages, we text you about your inquiry; reply STOP at any time to opt out.
We use website and advertising data to measure how our ads perform, improve this website, and show fewer irrelevant ads.
Service providers
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run our business: Reunion manages our event inquiries and messages, PlayByPoint runs court booking and member accounts, and Google and Meta provide analytics and advertising. These providers may use information only to provide their services to us.
Cookies and advertising
This website uses cookies, pixels, and tags from Google and Meta to understand site activity and measure our ads. You can turn off analytics or advertising at any time with the Privacy choices button at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to turn off advertising. You can also manage cookies in your browser settings and learn how Google uses data.
Keeping information safe
We keep information only as long as we reasonably need it to answer requests, provide our services, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about, correct, or delete the information you gave us. We may need to keep some records for legitimate business, legal, or security reasons.
