Start with your guests and the occasion
A pickleball event can be a birthday celebration, a team outing, or a reason to bring friends together. Before choosing a format, think about how many people will attend, how much pickleball experience they have, and how much of the event you want to spend on court.
A group of regular players may enjoy a round robin or a king-of-the-court format. A mixed group of beginners and experienced players may prefer a social mixer. Share that mix with the XPO team so they can discuss an approach that suits your guests.
Choose the space that fits your group
Pickleball XPO has two private event spaces in Oceanside. The main lobby and courts can support larger gatherings, while the party room includes a dedicated lounge, three private courts, and a 200-inch projection screen. The Private Events page shows the spaces and the kinds of gatherings they can host.
Think about the time between games as well as the games themselves. Tell the team whether you’re planning a casual celebration, a more structured competition, or a combination of court time and social time. Ask about the options available for your preferred date.
Send the details in one inquiry
Have your preferred date, estimated guest count, contact details, and a short description of the event ready. Include your desired start and end times if you know them. If your plans are flexible, explain that in the notes so the team can discuss alternatives.
